How to I book a rental costume?
The best way of getting a rental costume is to visit our store in Sunderland. You can try on any costume making sure that you get the one that fits your needs the best. Once you have chosen then you pay for the hire and a small deposit which secures the costume ready for collection.
How does the rental service work?
Once you have pre-ordered your costume it will be ready to collect a few days before your event. The costume will be supplied in a large carry bag with any associated accessories. Once your event is over we ask that you return the costume in the carry bag supplied within the agreed return period. Once we have checked the costume your deposit will be returned. We then wash the costume ready for the next hire.
How much does costume rental cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of costume you require as we offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. We can discuss these various options when you are in store.
With each hire there is a refundable deposit. The deposit is refunded once the costume is returned within the required time and there is no damage.
Do you offer Costume Rental via the wbsite
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer rental costumes through the website at the moment. The site will show you our hire options but the rental service is only available instore.
